We provide the TV signal for your broadband connection. For example, KPN facilitates razor‑sharp digital television in HD quality, Video on Demand, and an electronic program guide. Including radio and regional and local channels.
WMP Broadcast Streams enables you to create a full selection of TV channels, including functionalities. You will have more than 600 channels and can determine the contents of the basic package, the premium packages and the dedicated channels yourself.
You also provide the content for services such as Video on Demand, Uitzending Gemist (Catch-Up TV) and the Program Guide. You get to manage the rights for these services, as well as set the rates and send the invoices to your end users.
By decoupling the Multicast signal locally, you can reduce your network traffic and cut costs. We use Verimatrix coding and transmit local channels through unicast.
