WBA (Wholesale Broadband Access) enables you to market your own broadband product through KPN’s reliable network. This product allows you to provide services such as Internet, VoIP and TV to both consumers and business end users. You supply the modems and install these onsite at the end users’ facilities yourself.

WBA is available throughout the Netherlands and can be delivered within 5 business days.
You can easily order WBA through a Web interface or B2B/XML link (standardized data message exchange). You select, install and configure the modems at end-user sites and create the end-to-end connection yourself.
WBA can be adjusted to suit your needs. You can choose from a variety of options in terms of bandwidth, traffic, service category, and service level.
Copper-based WBA is available at speeds of between 1 and 200 Mbps. Fiber-Optic WBA is available at speeds of between 1 and 500 Mbps.
WBA is available in two versions: Best Effort and Premium Quality. The Best Effort version is highly suitable for consumer services such as Internet; Premium Quality is designed for business services such as VoIP and Video Conferencing.
WBA also provides the option to order different Service Level Agreements (SLA's). In the event of technical issues, we will restore your connection as soon as possible, to ensure minimal inconvenience for end users.
